Can you give us any kind of assurance that you have a good, tested backups?
Thanks for the question, Joseph. First of all, the host I'm with now (BlueHost.com) appears to be much more involved in their business than the old host (eHostingBiz.com). I have much more confidence in them than I ever did previously.
I've personally been doing regular backups of the database thus far. Automating it is on my todo list and that process should be in place soon.
When it comes down to it, I don't want to go through the process of losing a database again any more than anyone else does. It's not going to happen.
